松丹日照有限公司於 2024 年 4 月 3 日正式設立,位於臺南市永康區。
創辦人來自塑膠原料與機械設備的進出口貿易產業,過去專注於製造品質、供應鏈整合與營運管理,擁有紮實的執行與成本控制能力。
真正促使創業轉型的契機,來自一段親身經歷的照顧歷程。
當家中長輩需要長期照護時,我們深刻體會到:照顧者往往身心俱疲,卻得不到足夠支援。
這段經歷讓我們意識到市面上缺乏真正「關注照顧者」的資源與服務。
於是,我們創立松丹日照。
不只是提供日間照顧服務,而是一個整合情緒理解、日常補給與資訊支援的全方位照顧品牌。
我們相信:「照顧自己,是照顧他人的第一步。」
創辦人雖非照顧專業出身,卻從「外部管理者」的視角,重新思考照顧流程的設計。
結合過去在供應鏈管理的經驗,導入效率、重視標準化,也更懂得與第一線人員並肩合作,建立「以信任為本」的照顧文化。
創辦人常說: 「不一定要是照顧專業出身,才能懂得照顧的價值。」
這句話,也成為團隊凝聚與創新的信念核心。
作為一個跨界轉型的新創品牌,松丹日照初期最大的挑戰,是如何讓照顧者與家屬建立信任感。
我們從零學習長照制度與使用者需求,積極參與訓練、導入顧問資源、與第一線照顧者建立回饋機制。
無論是服務還是產品,我們都以「能讓照顧者安心使用」作為開發原則。
同時,團隊也面對另一項挑戰:消費者對保健食品的疑慮與不信任。
因此,我們從服務現場出發,觀察實際需求,再投入商品研發,讓產品真正走進家庭、融入照顧日常。
這條路不容易,但我們選擇堅持。
只為了實現一個目標:讓每位照顧者與被照顧者,都能在松丹找到安心的依靠。
From a Personal Journey to a Caregiving Mission
Founded on April 3, 2024, SongDan Daycare is located in Yongkang District, Tainan.
Our founder comes from a background in international trade—specializing in plastic materials and industrial equipment—with deep expertise in manufacturing quality, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
This experience laid the foundation for SongDan's emphasis on practical execution and cost-conscious operations.
But the true beginning of SongDan came from something much more personal.
When a family member required long-term care, we experienced firsthand the emotional and physical toll caregiving can take—especially when support is limited.
It opened our eyes to a critical gap in the care system: caregivers often lack the resources they need to feel truly supported.
That realization became our call to action.
We founded SongDan not just as a daytime care facility, but as a comprehensive caregiving brand—one that integrates emotional support, daily wellness, and practical tools to assist both caregivers and care recipients.
We believe that:

Coming from outside the care industry, our founder gained a fresh perspective on how caregiving services could be reimagined.
By applying operational and supply chain experience, we introduced structure, efficiency, and standardization—without losing sight of what matters most: trust and teamwork.
From the start, we've focused on partnering with frontline staff, building a culture where their voices actively shape the way we care.
As our founder often says:
“You don't need to be a care professional to understand the value of care.”
That belief continues to guide how we grow and serve.
Entering the care industry from a different field, our greatest challenge was gaining the trust of caregivers and families.
We began with no assumptions—learning Taiwan's long-term care system from the ground up, participating in training, working with consultants, and establishing feedback channels with staff to ensure our services aligned with real-world needs.
Whether it's a service or a product, one principle drives everything we do:
Give caregivers peace of mind.
We also encountered skepticism—particularly around health supplements.
Rather than starting with marketing, we started on the ground: observing needs, listening to caregivers, and identifying what could genuinely support their daily routines.
Only then did we begin developing products that naturally fit into the caregiving experience.
This path hasn't been easy—but it's one we chose with purpose.
